Covid Relaxations - Updated 18th August

• Sessions will now be open to all with no limit on numbers and visitors will be welcomed alongside members.

• We would encourage people to continue to pre book via Playwaze. You can sign up to the system here https://badmintonengland.playwaze.com/ConfirmInvitation?token=aycl7004

• There is no longer any need to meet outside the Centre so enter as pre Covid. The Leisure Centre are still encouraging the use of Face Masks until you reach the Sports Hall.

• Players will no longer be split into playing groups and will be able to mix with all other participants.

• We would encourage payment to be made by Bank Transfer prior to the session, however for anyone who prefers cash payments will be accepted (please have the correct change to limit cash handling on the night)

• We would like to request all players bring their own Hand Sanitiser for use during the session and maintain good hand hygiene.

• Changing facilities and showers are now open and available in the Leisure Centre

• If you are showing any Covid-19 symptoms please stay at home.

• The board will be in operation, players are reminded to pick from the top 6 available players. At the end on the game please place the names back in the "queue" in the same order they were before the game.

• If a participant becomes unwell during a session, they should inform a member of leisure centre staff and individual is to isolate in the CAP office (behind reception). Use appropriate PPE supplied by the facility

• The Club will retain details of all attendees to the session for 21 days to comply with Track and Trace requirements. Players are also able to ‘check in’ using the in centre QR codes to further assist with Test and Trace.

These changes will come into effect as from Friday the 20th August.
